ADAM

Director – Construction

Adam brings a lifelong passion for construction and design, backed by deep industry knowledge across both residential and commercial building. In recent years, he’s focused on delivering high-quality learning environments for schools across Northland, leading projects with a strong commitment to craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and collaborative delivery. He works closely with clients, consultants, and site teams to keep every job on time, on budget, and fully compliant.

PAUL

Director – Construction / Project Director

Paul is a systems-focused builder known for clear communication, structured planning, and quality outcomes. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship and gaining overseas experience, he returned to Auckland and founded Trendset Construction, delivering high-quality residential builds while honing his skills in project delivery, resource management, and client communication. Now based in the Bay of Islands, he brings a process-driven approach to complex refurbishment and remediation projects.

MIKE

Director – Project Manager

With a background in Art and Design and an early career in advertising, Mike brings a unique mix of creative thinking and practical construction knowledge to every project. His strengths are in design management and project coordination, helping bridge communication between clients, consultants, and site teams with a positive, adaptable approach. Now based in Kerikeri, he’s all about keeping projects moving smoothly from planning through to delivery.
